For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside children, families, therapists, educators, and organizations—helping them discover new ways of seeing themselves, one another, and what's possible.
I believe everyone has a story worth understanding. Through curiosity and experiential learning, I invite people to look beyond behavior and discover what lies beneath the surface. When curiosity replaces judgment, connection deepens, and new possibilities emerge.
At our core, we all long to feel seen, soothed, safe, and connected. Whether I'm speaking on stage, leading a retreat, training professionals, or working with a family, I create spaces where people can look beyond behavior, reactions, and assumptions, discover the stories beneath, and begin to see themselves, others, and life's challenges through a new lens of curiosity, compassion, creativity, and possibility.
